IMMOBILE K3 is a 5-storey MODERN OFFICE BUILDING OF “A” CLASS with two-level underground car park. It’s almost 8,600 m2 of office and trade area in the dense city centre – is located just 100 m from the Old Market Square. In the vicinity, there are the most important institutions of public administration, banks, hotels and universities.   

Almost 2,400 m2 of trade and services area – the best location for cafés, restaurants, and shops. Situated along the streets, with easy access, parking places, and wide pavement, it tempts the passers-by to come in for little shopping or a morning coffee.   

Representative office rooms of “A” class with the total area of almost 6,200 m2 are situated on the floors from 1 to 4. All of the lease areas can be adjusted to the lessee’s needs, which offers a flexible way of shaping work environment according to one’s own individual needs.

Platanowy Park

The design of Platanowy Park has been drawn up by CDF Architekci office in Poznań. The architects proposed buildings of various designs and heights, with the highest buildings reaching up to 50 metres. Platanowy Park will be divided into the main residential part and additional office, services, trade, hotel and culture areas. Road traffic will be limited within the entire area of the housing estate. Car parks with nearly 1.9 thousand parking places will be located in the underground part.      

Mixed-use housing estate situated on the area of almost 10 hectares adjacent to the Bydgoszcz city centre will cause surging growth of group's revenues in the following years.

Osiedle Uniwersyteckie

  • complex of 15 cozy residential buildings located in Bydgoszcz Fordon
  • phased investment under which a total of approximately 600 apartments will be built
  • completed since 4th quarter of 2018
